Leadership and Social Responsibility
At the heart of the Kellogg experience is a strong focus on leadership development. From team projects to school-wide governance, you’ll exercise your leadership skills throughout your Kellogg career.

For example:

The Kellogg Student Association has a direct impact on operating decisions and more. Members of the association’s admissions committee, for example, read applications and interview prospective students.

The Executive Leader in Residence Series brings high-level executives to the Kellogg School to talk about executive responsibilities and leadership issues.

Leadership courses such as Leadership in Organizations and Values and Crisis Decision Making incorporate valuable insights directly into the curriculum.

Student groups, from the Finance Club to Business With a Heart, offer opportunities to lead in an extra-curricular setting.

Conferences bring together top executives and draw a global audience—and they’re led entirely by students. It’s a great way to practice your management and leadership skills in a global arena.
